Spurs (a) - Post Match Thread

Fair play to Souness at the end there.

Putting a few pundits straight.

Beat me to it, Souness was mega complimentary about City, and rightly so!

Great performance, the players were so switched on from the off, the result could have been even more comprehensive, roll on next Sunday

An offside goal. A worldly that Chamberlain won't score again for the rest of his professional career. An assault on our team bus. A perfectly legitimate goal chalked off. A stonewall penalty. And that was just Anfield.

They're lucky bastards and will be dispatched in the next round of the CL and will finish once again, for the 13th consecutive season, potless

So for any lurking mafia, cult supporting Liverpool fans, go fuck yourself, cause we're to busy polishing our 2 bits of silver
Haha. I hope your second paragraph is right though.

Brilliant result very proud of the performance after a mentally tough 7 days.

Sterling needs to be more focused and composed in front of goal and he could be one of the best in the world.

Better from Jesus but needs to cut out the silly yellows.

Almighty performance from Kev, needs a deserved rest this summer.

Given that those ****s had a free week and 2 games for our 4 in the last fortnight and it was on their patch, the result speaks absolute volumes.

One of the results of the season.

Well done boys.

I chose a draw today on the poll, because that is what i would have taken given the mini dip in the second half of games we have had recently.

However all the lads excelled against Spurs...onwards to Swansea

Thank you City for reminding everyone how good you have been this season. To listen to the media and prats on social media, you would think we are struggling to make top 4,

God I love the taste of humble pie! Said all week we will get beat, and then we go and pull that result out of the bag. Fair play to the boys that's what champions do. Be a few journalists changing tomorrows 'title race back on' headlines I imagine. Well done boys, well done

Very well. Should have been more.

It's what happens when refs don't give everything against us ;-)

Just sent MOTD (their highlights are never that great....Sane's shot if it had gone in would have been a fantastic goal....really unlucky.....Tackle by Davis should have been a red no doubt about it and the ref obviously saw it....
their goal was very fortunate as well
