According to the MUEN we have been given an injury boost as a Tottenham "start" is ruled out.

I expected someone like Kane or Alli only to discover it is Danny Rose - big deal.

It was always gonna be a tough game this one. And after a week like this it’ll be even tougher. Plus Spurs have a week rest. Can’t see a win tbf but if we do that would be an absolute great achievement on it’s own. Let’s win the league and see in the end if we have the bonus of a few records that we have broken on our way.

People need to remind themselves that this is the very first season Pep has his team playing his way with his players and he will add whatever is necessary either from inside or outside the club. The third season has always been his best playing wise.

Finding it hard to be positive given the last week and a half we've had. But we didn't suddenly turn bad overnight. Think we'll be drained though.

Would probably take a draw for some stability, the pro Kane guff as we approach the world cup is sickening though. Probably award him ten before kick off so he can overtake Salah. Am positive the officials will be reminded that it is a world cup year so protect our own lads, especially the key players... Expect them to have at least one penalty and every 50/50.

Maybe if someone has a word about owing them one pre match it'd make them more cautious. After the stunts that pair pulled at ours they'd have no valid complaints and the media could tell everyone city had ruined England's world cup chances before the tournament even starts. We could forego the usual support/criticise the team at every step of the journey, painful performances as we struggle to overcome Panama, the mock outrage as we find out our hotel is ten light-years from our games (because, maps, y'know), and no need to call southgate the Messiah for avoiding defeat against Belgium before he sticks to plan 1 of 1 and orchestrates a 5-0 defeat to anyone decent on the knockout rounds. Everyone a winner!

Keep thinking my calendar is messed up too with these kick off times. Still feel there's a chance I'll forget and do the usual Saturday night routine instead :s

Heavily linked with United so of course the MEN will say he is a star and one of their best players... even though he is not their first choice LB now.

In theory we could win the League this week-end, but it’s not going to happen.

Have a sneaky feeling we will get something out of the game, but a loss is not a disaster. Hope Mendy gets some time on the pitch.
