I wonder if Foden was down to play and his illness had meant Alvarez/Grealish coming in at the last minute. Perhaps one of them will be in a number ten role? Still can’t make sense of it. I can’t see us keeping the ball like we normally do in midfield with no KDB or Gundo.

Massive task today for Rico Lewis at left back against Kuluvsevski, He's dealt with top players before against Liverpool and Chelsea ect Hopefully the same again today.

I think he prefers to cut in onto his left and having a right footer there might help against that.
