Spurs fan on Talk Sport about Modric

Did anyone listen to redknapp on the radio saying that they want to show modric that they can match his ambition. Redknapp keeps on saying that they are 2 or 3 top top players away from challenging for the title , im not sure who the top top players are that he recogns makes them title challengers or how he thinks spurs are going to get them, the time to get them was when they were in the champions league and they failed to push home that advantage. Now even if they could offer big fees they cant outbid everyone else, they wont offer big wages and cant offer champions league, even the lure of london wont help because chelsea and arsenal can offer that.

Im curious as to what top top players spurs are after and that they think will go to spurs anyone any ideas.
