The two games I was the most concerned about. Liverpool away. Won that 1 - 4.

Then a Jose Spurs side. Spurs have a habit of doing us dirty anyway. Then you've got Jose setting them up to defend like fuck... And when these top table teams do it it's harder than, say, West Brom. Because they can also do us on the attack: it's something I posted about a lot at the beginning of the season. Getting done on the counter.

And we won 3 - 0.

Seriously impressed.

Think Pep must get a fair bit of credit for changing their positions and encouraging them to improve as players, that is the true greatness of our manager.

funny thing is last weekend before the liverpool game we would have been happy with 4 points but the joy is both never laid a glove on us and city took home the 6 points

so true pep would never moan about losing after playing extra time in the cup in midweek
teams can have 25 players in the squad with youth players added as well so pep would have just said better team won today
 
World class again from the boys in blue. Man of the match gundo what a class player he is the technician. Some city fans were slagging him off. You need to give your heads a wobble. Always loved Gundo. CLASS.

We dominated them in third gear. Rodri, Zin, Gundo, Eddie all outstanding. This side are a joy to watch at the moment.

Only 2 concerns:

1) As amusing as the penalty situation is I do worry that it could cost us dearly in the CL or another cup if it isn’t resolved soon. Rodri joked in his post match presser he was on the next one but he’s clearly not a natural taker of penalties on the evidence this evening.

2)Gundo injury.

Let’s hope it’s nothing serious.
 
No Silva, No Aguero, no KDB, no Fernandinho(most games), we didn't even have Dias on the pitch today and we're winning games in complete control.

Well done City, very proud of Pep, the team and everyone involved in this fantastic run of games we're on.
