Spurs (H) Post Match Thread

Another consummate effort and we put the pressure on the chasing pack again.

Lets hope Gundy is not out for long in fact available for Everton.

Only negative from today is that we’ve done Liverpool a favour. Think of the schadenfreude watching them finish outside the top four...

Biggest difference this season is the team get back quickly into shape and defend as a whole team. Dias out no problem, Kane and Son didn't get a sniff today. Full backs moving into midfield is also helping create, Cancelo looking a real class act.
Always good to beat the Spuds.
Agreed. The workrate is fantastic. Cancelo totally snuffed out Son. We slowed it down in the first half and speeded it up in the second half when they were tired. Total control of the match from start to finish. Peg whining about the stonewall penalty. They only had three shots on target ffs. What did they expect from that sort of performance. It could have been five or six for City tonight.

Still trying to work this one out.
It's the first stage of grief for a set of fans renowned for it. Next comes anger. Also renowned for that. Then comes the bargaining... Klopp has evolved to this stage.
I'm looking forward to the upcoming depression.
Carragher is currently pretending he's at the acceptance stage. The fact he's still stuck in depression and it's obvious to see only makes this public display of Liverpool grief much sweeter.

Get yourself a years supply of fish n chips because the salt from this bunch of candle lighting self pitying faux scouse glory craving wankers is about to provide us with enough salt to make an ocean out of.

We could have let Spurs win 3-0 today and they'd still not finish top 4. Nor would Liverpool.
