Spurs H Post Match

Monumental 3 points. The team and crowd for that matter responded superbly in the first 10-15 minutes, they couldn’t get out and couldn’t handle us, should have killed the game there and then in all honesty. The rest of the game we lost some of our usual control, looked wide open at the back and played to keep the ball rather than score but none of that matters one bit when you get the 3 points.

Devastating blow missing kdb, we don’t know what’s the matter but you don’t react and go off like that and come back for at least a few weeks and the season only has 3 weeks left, he was looking back to his brilliant best and although we have replacements there’s no getting away from it being a massive blow.

Loved Fodens passion and he did well to not let it carry over onto the pitch too.

On to United now. They need to play their part in this and step aside for the good of the league.

Fuck me that wasn't comfortable. Pump the ball long seems the new tactic.

On another note, the Spurs fans were the quietest I've heard from one of the ''big six". Piss poor.

WHAT !!! Are you for ******* real ??!! Our most important player that makes things happen and you're saying it's no biggie. I think me and a few more match goers might disagree.

If he was consistently fit and it was the other end of the season, i would agree, but the constant shoeing of him in the side as he drifts in and out of fitness isn't good for consistency. You have to remember his position as well, he works as a kingpin for the team. I just feel the whole he leaves when unfit isn't worth it at this late stage.

I would play him day in and day out obv. but sometimes disruption and consistency have to be considered.

Leave him off until August and let him get proper fit imho.

imjonesuk actually Souness did play for spuds. but he is the in-house pundit We know his allegiance is towards the dippers, but i have found him to be fair and mostly complimentary about us Re today Bernardo outstanding and was really impressed with Walker who has is critics but always gives his all Finally really worried about KDB Its going to be a lot more difficult without him

And his wife is a City fan, so he knows which side his bread is butttered!

Tres puntos muy importantes para seguir en carrera. Una victoria dedicada a nuestra gente que tanto nos apoyó esta semana//Three massive points to stay ahead on the race. A victory dedicated to our people, who gave us so much support this week. C'mon, City!!

Nice colour bike.

City played out of their skin again. It's all nervous in these games and mistakes will happen... Our defence are not suddenly shit (As Neville said), spurs are actually very good, we did so fkin well.

...Sky commentary / program was atrocious, I expect they will be doing that shit for the rest of the season... trying to set narratives and give LFC hope. Fkin sick of it, I hope we win the title this year I really do.

Fuck me. Walked back in the glorious sunshine into town. More beers needed to settle my nerves. Not a great performance but got the 3 points. Come on blue boys...to the swamp we go.

After the physical and mental exertions of Wednesday that was understandably nervy and under par performance. Big three points though and at this stage of the season that’s all that counts.

I’m sick about KDB getting yet another injury just when he looked to be getting back to his best.

Eddie, Eric, Raheem and Bernie all excellent today, especially Bernie who is fast becoming the biggest star in this team of stars.

Let’s hope the boys will now get some rest and get themselves back up for the Rags, for whom this will be their biggest game of the season.

Id be inclined to play Vinny and otta for the last 4 games. Men who have held their nerve when the chips were down before. Stones and Laporte were all at sea today. Cant have any passengers from here on in.
Otto is good under a high ball for sure( see FA cup semi)
so Pep may be thinking about rotating Wednesday . There will be some sort of rotation anyway
