Going back to being a little kid and 81, spurs has always felt like a horrible game for us. Numerous fa cup quater finals in the 90's i think might taint my memory, added to that the last 2 or 3 years and that god forsaken CL QF, just feels like one of those teams we often struggle against and i really can't stand.
I was at 81 final and replay, never thought of Spurs as a bogey side in the 50 odd years i’ve been watching City.

I like his team. This way we can have Stones, Dias and Laporte against Son and Kane, let Cancelo have a free roll. It seems like a well balanced team against Tottenham.

We went with Laporte against Burnley and I thought our left side was pretty useless as a result, I'd feel much better going in with Zinchenko. There's a reason he's usually in the starting XI when we beat Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool etc.

Looking at the goals he conceded last night, we just need to shoot low to Lloris' left side (his left, shooter's right), aiming for the far corner. Over to you Raheem, Gundog, Phil and Gabriel.

Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Zin but, for this game, I think it would be a good tactic to keep 3 at the back. And I like Laporte at LB as well, his crosses to the other side are sublime, changes the game instantly.

I think Stones on his current form could pull off a stint at defensive midfield.
Ed
Walker Dias Laps Joao
Bernie John Gundo
Raz Gabby Phil
Not sure John is mobile enough or is savvy enough for us, esp against a team such as spurs
