spurs have been a complete pain in the arse opponent for us the past few seasons. Something about their stubbornness and their pace going forward which tends to get the better for us. We're owed a good result against them tomorrow to make up for the rotten luck in recent years.

The problems we have always had against them is fast counters fucking us over, and us not controlling their ability to do something crazy like the Son goals in Europe. Pep has taken a shift, he wants us to play slow and controlled. That way even if we get countered, because we are slow and in control we should be able to get cover and get back in time. We were only caught out a few times by Liverpool and it was nearly always by the switch passes (and the one over the top for Salah which Ruben was actually perfectly positioned to cut out). I don't think it will be high scoring, but we should control it and grind them out.

More to do with Son any chance he scores

It’s simple, we keep a clean sheet we win the game.

I’ll take a 1-0 now and no injuries. You can be sure Kane will be out to get Raz again.

As long as we score 1 more than they do, it will suffice.
and this shithouse trick we need to look out for

Perfect scenerio. Son red carded in first 5 minutes. Hes one of our own limps of 5 minutes later. Kun then comes on and bags a hat trick. Would that beat the Agueroooo monent?

Nothing* will come close to beating the "AGUEROOOOOO" moment. Ever.

*A last minute winner against the Mickeys in the CL final would come mighty close, mind!

I thought you were talking about Fern for a sec. What is the term for that move? I'm sure I remember a commentator call it "making a back for the player to topple over"

Refs used to give cards for that but now they seem oblivious to it. If you crouch over and back into a player who's jumping, that player is going tits up. Didn't Rashford get injured last season from an incident like that(think it was his back)?

Reguilon and Lo Celso are the only ones missing for Spurs.

Aurier and Bale are both doubts.

Feeling a lot more confident now Dias and Rodri are likely to be starting.

Back 5 and midfield picks itself.

Foden/Sterling will start, just a case of Mahrez or Jesus

Pity about Ferny but given our run and it has been without Kun and Ake and KDB since Jan 20 we can't complain about the injury front too much.

Not sure what has happened with Ake clearly a worry for him and the club lets hope he can get back on the track soon.

We are clearly conservative on injuries which has its negatives but it gets down to risk reward.

Guardiola got manager of the month.
Gundogan player of the month and talking about having that "unbeatable" feeling.
There's only one way this game will go tomorrow ...
