We all know the gameplan Spurs will set up with. It'll be exactly the same as the Rags.
Is Pep brave enough to play 4-4-2

Ederson

Lewis Stones Ake Cancelo

Bernardo De Bruyne Rodri Grealish

Alvarez Haaland

That's the side I would go with. See whether Alvarez and Haaland can develop an understanding as he looks very isolated at times.

Comfortably.

Wake up and we what is actually happening. Forget goals, here shots on target are drying up. 1 in 180 minutes if football.
Which is why it needs a radical rethink. Spurs will be planning on dealing with us exactly how the Rags did.

We need to play with 2 strikers and Lewis, Bernardo and Alvarez playing like men possessed, putting everything in. Let's see how defences cope with Haaland when they have another world-class striker to worry about.

The season's on the line now, another insipid performance like Chelsea away, Soton and Rags and the league will definitely be over. So time to try something different offensively.

I'm same as you I think we beat spurs. I think the corrupt ref decision seemed to have riled up our players and even pep. Hopefully they can do thei job tommorow first with a win and Kane getting a sneaky yellow too.
But he's the noble England captain, don't you know..............and we know how refs treat England captains

Well, considering offside doesn’t exist anymore as long as you don’t touch the ball, even if you are blocking off their players and interfering with play, then let’s just stick Haaland on their goalkeeper for the full game.

Could be a new tactic if today is ok by the rules
There wouldn't be much point. Once we have passed it around the back 4, ambled down the wings, had our wingers cut back and lay it off to the full back 3 or 4 times Haaland would be surrounded by defenders anyway.

Need to hope Arsenal drop points today and then hopefully we can put in a big performance. To say we owe Spurs one is an understatement.

Hopefully Pep remembers we have bought the best striker in the world.
There definitely needs to be a change in the way we play. A bit of pace and the way we move the ball would n't go a miss, rather than the current slow, predictable build up. Earlier on in the season we were a bit more direct which helped in getting the ball to Erling quicker.

Thats it in a nutshell,we are reluctant to get the ball from one end of the pitch to the other as fast as possible.
This creates several problems.....it makes our striker redundant,it often means our moves fizzle out,and it allows the opposition to get behind the ball and 'park the bus',and its also boring as fuck to watch.

We are far from the fastest team, but we still have players who thrive on the attack/break and we are not utilising this main strength. This can only be down to Pep's instruction.
