I originally listed 2 tickets for for the original game before it was cancelled. Got an email back in Novemeber asking if i wanted the ticket back, which I did. Filled in the request form. Heard nothing since. Having looked at my ticket account it's showing as ticket resold.

Anyone had this before and know what to do?
My situation is the same as yours except the status on my ticket account shows the orIginal sale as “canceled“ (with the American spelling !, however my pass in mobile wallet is showing Wolves as the next game.

Check your emails. It looks as though they will/have sent you a new ticket, which you can then add to your wallet.

I got three “thank you for your recent transaction” emails from the Club today with absolutely no information at all on them. My wallet is still showing the Wolves game and when I check the box for the Spurs game in manage my tickets I don’t have the option to upload it to my wallet.

Loois like I have to call them.
 
Can I purchase tickets for someone who is not a member? I’m a season ticket holder and it’ll be under my name. Would there be any issues?
