Spurs new stadium announced {merged}

i agree, a rise of 20,000 fans a week is quite a steep jump to make if the team arent successful. it looks a nice stadium though but i am surprised they are puting a big kop style end in it though. it will lose them a fortune in commercial sales, which is unlike spurs.
Agree, it´s one thing having a waiting list and another actually getting them to part with what will be a fookin fortune when they get the call from the club so prolly only 15,000 will actually take up the offer - typical spuds charging a fiver to be on he list!
The Zionist International is a very powerful and wealthy organization

Woe, just wow... it looks like a ship.

It does look nice, I think they changed the big single tiered stand to make it different from the Emirates, they will probably double up the executive boxes across the other stands to make up for the shortfall.
I'm amazed both they and Arsenal have found the space in London to build such a massive stadium

They already sound like an American football team, now they can look like one aswell.

It looks shoe-horned in to a tight spot on that picture - and computer generated images always make things look better than they turn out to be.

no way will they get 56k a week

They sellout every home game and I would think they have a bigger fan base than us not only in this country but worldwide. I could be wrong but thats my impression. It don't think it would take long for them to reach 50K+ crowds. The design is fantastic and looks like it will be one of the best in europe.

Yep - agree.
They have a bigger fan base than us and can match Arsenal's crowds.
The London area as a whole has a huge and growing population (North West pop is shrinking) and Spurs, Arsenal are the biggest clubs and can tap into that demographic.
They will fill it fairly easily I think.
