Spurs-The bitterness is reaching dipperlike proportions

Lol at the City haven't scored a goal past them so Spurs are a better team shite. In that case as of this season West Ham and Wigan are better teams than them. PMSL.
I notice that their brilliant, fast-flowing, free-scoring football didn't actually involve them putting the ball in our net this season either.

According to them as they did it last year that doesn't matter. Delusion of a spurs fan.

wolves have scored 9 more goals than spurs this season

"dat free flowing attacking football!"

Kompany isnt better than Dawson and Bale is World Class are a couple of classics on there. This idea that they have better players, a better manager and play better football than us seems to be the norm on there, yet they cant give any reasons why they are where they are

The keep going on about strikers, they only need one striker they say even though I think someone said Defoe was better than anyone we had.

in regards to them having better players than us, i present to you....

If there was one team and it's fans with absolutely NO argument against another team and fans this season, it's Spurs and City. We were all looking at the BBC predictor right up till the last game of the season, wondering if we could pip them by goal difference, nick a point here and there, hope they lose a couple, turns out, we had 4th wrapped up with 2 games to go. We're 9 points clear, we have a trophy, we've currently got a very good chance of ousting Arsenal for 3rd place. We've scored more, we've conceded less, we've won more games and we've kept more clean sheets..

I'm really struggling to find a single measurable criteria in which they've shown to be the better team this season. Is there one for 'free flowing football'? Managers sound bites? Hilarious goalkeeping errors?

I just can't possibly see how they can feel out done. Last season we didn't even have the same manager in charge for the whole thing and still took it down to the wire with one game against them. Over the summer and the start of this season all we heard about was how Spurs now have the best squad in the league, could challenge for the title, much better team than us, better spirit, etc. And granted after the opening game of the season it certainly didn't look brilliant for us.

But the results over 38 games I'm afraid just do not lie.

Funny thing about Spurs is, when I last watched them against Liverpool, I was entertained by their football. They make the fast breaks and its all very exciting. But you end up getting excited to see just how they'll fuck up their next goal scoring chance. The amount of chances they waste is just ridiculous. Its almost as bad as watching Arsenal trying to walk the ball into goal.

If they want to try and play like Barca, thats fine, but they seriously can't do it right. Its only "free flowing, beautiful football" if it returns results. They can't blame it on not having a striker either. Man United play on the break too, and their prolific striker is in Rooney who plays at No. 10 now. Hernandez doesn't count yet.
