Spurs Thread | 2025/26

Makes sense, players coming back from internationals means the new manager has players to work with for two weeks

As opposed to sacking him immediately after the Forest game, when his father's just passed away, and nobody is about the training ground

Still, hopefully they go down with who I assume will be Ryan Mason

According to what I’ve just read on twatter ( yes, I know) Roberto de Zerbi has turned them down for a second time, and the ginger PEG is being heavily linked with the job.

Wonder if this is actually Tudor’s doing. Having a terrible time and then his dad dies. He might just have told Spurs that he can’t be arsed with them at the moment.

It’d make more sense than the club waiting a week to sack him and wasting a week for the new manager to get sorted.

Was a bizarre appointment in the first place and one that deserves to see them relegated. Who brings in a manager with zero league experience to get them up for a fight and playing for the club? Its the equivalent to a team like Valencia bringing in Gary Neville...

Still think they stay up and they'll do so by fewer than the 4 points we gifted them.
