Major surprises with Delph and Mahrez starting. Can't understand Pep's decision to marginalise Sane and Danilo in recent weeks. I think our team is as weak as I've seen in a long time. I am no fan of Delph but wish him the best tonight.

Initial reaction is what the fuck Pep? Now is not the time to fuck around with the team. Otamendi is a liability waiting to happen and should only come in when Stones or kompany isn't available, Delph hasn't played any more than Mendy since Christmas, gundogan as decent as he's been isn't on the same level as the other options and Mahrez should be fortunate to make the bench nevermind get anywhere near the first team. I'm saying this fully expecting pep to have a big brain idea and to prove these thoughts very wrong.mahrez best do something tonight, anything!

Not surprised Mendy isn’t playing, he seemed to pull up at Wembley and signalled to the bench straight away. Can’t have been that bad if he trained yesterday, but would’ve been a big risk to start him again tonight. Hope Bernardo is OK.

Odd team, and I’m not particularly confident having seen it, but have to trust Pep I guess. Would happily take a score draw right now though.

Really hope that nothing serious has happened with bernardo, maybe some issues in the warm-up ,but need him bad in our next games.Strange line-up still,not very positive for tonight.
