The Riverside is still very close to town, much closer than the Etihad is to anything.
I lived there for years, it’s just a tunnels walk away from the where the cinema is in town, where there’s pubs and maybe 15 mins walk from the town centre.
It’s also not far from the train station if you go from the other end, you just walk past the college and you’re there.
It’s a nice ground!

Everton's stadium looks good. Wonder if they'll regret not being able to move in at the end of this season. That extra season of revenue badly needed.
