Might encourage people in the family stand to be a bit more vocal.... but cant see the south stand welcoming the idea any time soon!

I have given the City Voice thing a chance and have answered a couple of their surveys. When answering the question about these Stand Leaders things I was stunned it was even a consideration and that it would be disregarded by everyone who took part in the survey. It's worrying that this has been highlighted as something the respondents would like... surely City Voice has been hacked by Rags!

Some of the suggestions were laughable so I expect there will be more of these unworkable and puerile schemes forthcoming.

This is a really bad idea.

What we need is 30 or 40 really fat blokes shirtless at the very front of the stand behind the goal. If this doesn't create an atmosphere, nothing will. It seems to work for other clubs...

I would volunteer but i am too thin :(
