How can you tell

Your feet are knackered...Seriously though......have you not had them checked, your feet are one of the first signs of diabetes. Farthest away from your heart so lack of blood flow. Itchy and cold toes are a giveaway, wear loose fitting socks ( special diabetis socks to increase the blood circulation ) I'm type 2 borderline and every november my feet start itching although according to the Dr they are in good shape, non or loose socks make a big difference.
