I honestly don’t think George was a hard drug user,I know he liked a drink and he smoked a doobie or 5
The fatty liver takes years to evolve
I did see a photo of him the week before,he was bloated and jaundice
So probably multiple organ failure in the end....a real shame

I think liver disease can grip you pretty quickly.
