Statues at the ground

Don’t think there will be another statue at the stadium maybe one of Fodnd depending on his career in 15 years time.
Might be unpopular opinion, but there shouldn’t be anymore, yet. These three are iconic for what they did to put us where we are now. It should stay with these three now.

All three look amazing.

Yeah maybe but we don’t know what Foden will deliver in the next 15 years or even Kdb next 3 he might be significant in winning champs league for us plus he stats after playing 10 years for us be of one of the best ever.

Yep though you can’t be having loads of statues around the ground.

Agree. Will be harsh on kdb who could leave as best ever but he joined a team on the up. These 3 lifted us out of the ground and their legacy can never be underplayed.
Glad they chose the goal celebration and day to unveil. The greatest day of many of our lives and emotions uncomparable to anything I will ever experience again

I dunno man a City-terracotta army might become iconic maybe we'd be seen as treating our legends with more respect than other clubs.

Maybe bring it in doesn't mean they have to be dotted around the stands if done right it wouldn't be tacky or make us look cheap we've got a lot of ground, we could do guided tours of statues dotted around the lands commemorating key players/teams/moments in our history, the likes of Bell, Trautmann holding his neck (I know there's a statue inside), Oakes, Young, Book, Doherty, Paul, Doyle, Summerbee, Lee, Dickov's playoff slide, and Tueart's overhead.

These could be smaller statues with big plaques describing their contribution to us at certain times, you don't need to celebrate just success either but poignant meaningful times to the fans throughout our history.

If they did it right it could make for an excellent day out and much better than your standard stadium tours.

Happy 10th blues
Incredibly fortunate to be there(and that's another story..) but found it difficult to take in when 2 mins before it had gone. All those years of misery and failure had hard wired my brain into thinking moments like these simply don't happen to us. Watching it again and again since always gets me blubbing but at that moment I was in shock.
I have it on the official DVD (extras) for posterity, blues around me asking me if I was ok. It was as if all my City watching life ( I used to go home and away regularly before moving to Spain) had been encapsulated in that instance. That's what it had all been for, 40 plus years of emotional (and financial!) investment to bear witness to a couple of minutes of madness. A dichotomy that pitted destiny against incomprehension.
The greatest moment in P.L. history which may never be surpassed
