What I liked about that game is we've come up against European sides who play shit football and somehow used that as an excuse to have a shit game ourselves under both Mancini and Pellegrini, that didn't happen. It was a great game to watch even when we were out of sight, there was no strolling around and running the clock down, they didn't seem to want the final whistle they wanted to create more. :)

We looked like a well coached side that knew exactly what we were doing.

The Pep effect already. Stoke will be tougher. Much tougher, but got to be happy tonight. I think we can say we have qualified for the Champions League group stages.

Spot on,and what a difference and a quick mention for sterling looks more like the player we wanted when terrorising defenders when at the dippers,thriving under pep and will only get better..

Impressive stuff. Can't name a player who didn't put in 100% or who didn't have a good game. Puts us in a great position for next week to rest some players.

Zabaleta played great, for me looks more comfortable in the role than Sagna.

Kolarov strangely looks better at CB for me - his wandering off without bothering to come back left Stones with a lot of work to do at times, at CB he's forced to stay in defensive areas which made him look much better in my eyes. Still prefer Clichy for the FB/CM role.

Caballero clearly not good enough with the ball at his feet, be very surprised if we don't see a new keeper in our team soon.

All the midfielders & attackers were fantastic, front 3 especially all had immense games. Loving the work rate Nolito/Sterling have.

Still expect some downs whilst we get used to this system but you can accept that when you see what happens when it works like today!

Some wonderful football tonight, aided by hard work & desire for 90 minutes.

Sterling was very good & of course Aguero hat trick after not scoring from 2 penalties.

Credit to Steaua keeper too, he played very well.

Gundogan, Sane & Gabriel Jesus (January) to join this team. So exciting.

Congrats ! City is clearly the superior team ! As I said before the game (don't know why my last post didn't get published), I was afraid of City scoring 3 goals. Unfortunately for us, the final scor was even worse. Good luck in Champions League ! Not a City fan, but a good performance for you in CL and in the PL makes this defeat more bearable :) Forța Steaua !

One thing that came over on telly was that our away support is mostly made up of old fat blokes. Fucking weight watchers could do some business there.

I thought that.. They've got the most spare cash to go. Would of loved it, holidays, SEason ticket etc. A lot couldn't afford it
