Different players. Ireland is offensive, Yaya is predominantly defensive but good going forward as well. Ireland is weak, Yaya is a beast, Ireland is a prospect who has dipped in form, Yaya is world class. Work it out for yourself.

They perform different roles. Signing Yaya would strengthen our midfield defensively.

For the record I think that an on form fully fit Stephen Ireland needs to fear losing his place to anyone as an attacking midfielder. When he's on song he's truly brilliant.

At this moment in time YAYA Toure is not getting a first team place at Barca. he is actually near enough third choice becuse Keita and another player are preferred to him at the moment. I reckon he will be at city come January!!! Hughes will sort out a way to fit them all in.

Tbf though mate, Barca have at least 2 quality players in each position so they use a rotation policy. In the big games Yaya will usually play but Keita is a very solid, dependable player and Busquets is home grown and is thought of very highly at Barca so they have a range of around 5-6 top quality midfielders to rotate. Let's hope he does fall down the pecking order though as he might come to City lol.

What an absolute load of utter shite.

1) They play in different positions so are incomparable.
2) Trying to use YoubastardingTube clips as undeniable proof that one is better than the other is nothing short of complete idiocy.
3) We're not even buying Yaya Touré.
