I saw a good analogy from someone recently ( might have been Douglas Murray). He said that although he might not have technically broken any law in this instance, it's the fact that he's pushing the patience of the authorities all the time. It's like someone being given a court order not to go within 200 yards of their ex partner, but spends all their time standing 201 yards away, trying to be clever.

The strategy is to push the buttons and try and get media coverage and click bait.

That said I do think he did over step the line. He calls himself a journalist and he was 'covering' a trial where there was a reporting embargo. He violated that embargo and that is clear contempt of court. I don't see the grey area here. He might claim he is not a journalist but my understanding is that doesn't matter - he knew what he was doing as he had been told to stop.

Clear cut to me that he should be locked up but on the flip side - all of this is for publicity. Doing a couple of months would suit him as he would play the victim card. Bang on about the establishment trying to get him when it is crystal clear he that this is all part of his game.

There’s the same ratio of cunts living in the posh suburbs as there is in Wythenshawe. Nowt wrong with Wythenshawe or most of the people who live there. Yes there’s a lot of poverty (actually more than a lot of people would care to realise), Benchill is the second poorest area in the country, but I have strong ties to Wythenshawe with family and friends from all over the town in almost every area.

That is bollocks, the BNP tried to get into Wythenshawe last time, I offered the cunts out on Civic shopping centre after I disagreed with them and they started giving it the biggun. They were driving round the estate with a big fuck off van blasting rule Britannia advertising themselves. Did they get in? Did they fuck.

Wythy is Labour and has been all my life, that is why they changed the boundaries to include Sale as it takes Tory votes away as the mass of Wythenshawe ensure it stays Labour.

The Remain vs Leave transcends being a Labour supporter so it doesn't surprise me that it was a close one regarding that result, however if Tommy thinks the lazy cunts that might be attracted to him will actually be registered to vote he is delusional.

People can call Wythy a dump all they want a huge amount of Manchester is a fucking dump but least we have an airport and shitloads of investment going on, the place is getting better and better and the house prices reflect that.

The EU elections are based on large regions and a PV list system. Tommy is standing in the northwest. He has zero change of getting one of the seats. UKIP are predicted to lose all there seats to the brexit party so all Tommy will do is split part of that vote even further. Ithink the share of teh vote he will attract will be so low it wont even have any impact. i.e. you could add his and UKIPs votes together and they still wont get a seat.

The brexit party stand to pick up the bulk however they have put forward Claire Fox as the lead candidate in the North West and she is every bit as bad as Tommy. She has defended the IRA and child pornography in the past. It doesn't seem to put of the average brexit voter.

Longer term it just confirms Farage's brexit party is just UKIP mark2. Awful toxic candidates that are completely unfit to hold political positions. It will end up the same way.

In 2014 UKIP finished 2nd in the By Election after the death of Paul Goggins RIP took all the votes off Lib Dems and Conservatives, with the EU election this Brexit party could win seats all over the place instead of peoples votes being split between various parties it looks like it will be Labour Vs the Brexit party in Wythenshawe. Why would you waste a vote on Tommeh knowing full well you he doesn't have the pull to beat Labour or the Brexit party. He is a little short arsed bellend who should have stuck to doing coke and having a scrap at the footy.
