Should we be worried about his safety on Wednesday? Only takes a couple of Liverpool fans to go too far, coins thrown etc...

If this story is true I wonder whether City have expressed concern to the Premier League.
 
I sent a message out on Twitter, yesterday, saying how disgusted I was with the Liverpool supporters (who as we all know, are well known throughout the land for their sense of decency & fair play) to say how disgusted I was at their treatment of Raheem Sterling.

Here's a reply I got from one of em ... (Seemed to think that their actions were perfectly justifiable)... Bitter c*nt!!

Why keep quiet I can only control my own actions one wrong doesn't justify another . Disgraceful behaviour abusing a chairman and player of a rival club

Most of the hatred towards sterling was orchestrated by the Liverpool media especially the sky contingent, of which their is far too many, if these incidents are true I would use this to galvanise the players and do something we very rarely do, that's win at klanfield !!!

Only a Liverpool fan could attempt to make excuses for this type of behaviour. Instead of condemnation you seek to justify. That's why everybody fucking hates you and are loving seeing your shower of shit fall away year after year.
Keep quiet about racism? That's handy coming from the most racist club in the land. Makes the win even sweeter this you fucking gobshite.
 
Has there been a candle light vigil yet for the gross injustice that the poor Liverpool fan had to endure when being hauled off by Security?

My in-laws are all red Scouse, and a more generous and sporting bunch you could not wish to meet. As a club though, there's a pomposity and self reverence about Liverpool, part of which has been engendered and encouraged down the years by the media (the great 'istreeee wankathon), that manifests itself in these leaner times in unbelievable bitterness and an inability to accept that clubs like City are now above them in the footballing pecking order. Shit that everyone else has had to put up with for years, like other clubs pinching their best players, they just cannot cope with. They refer to themselves grandly not as 'Liverpool' but 'Liverpool Football Club', we are encouraged to believe that their favoured 'songs' (You'll never walk alone and the Fields of fucking Athenry, which I personally detest second only to Spurs slow version of When the Saints) are somehow more special than anyone else's, and whilst you'll hear about Hillsbrough non-stop, Heysel gets nary a mention. They've won it 5 times you know........

Interesting that several posters quite happily justify their double standards, correctly criticising the deplorable racial abuse of their chairman while remaining utterly silent on the homophobia, sexism and human rights abuse propped up by the royal family who own their club, by assuming I'm a Liverpool supporter doing the same ... I'm not. I'll quite happily point out the hypocrisy rampant in both sets of supporters.

Until you lot even consider talking about the problems with your owners' support of human rights abuse, indentured servitude, the illegality of homosexuality in Abu Dhabi, it's difficult to take your complaints about racism seriously. The same goes for the dippers banging on about the 96 while pretending the 39 never happened. Your clubs are like two peas in a pod in that respect.
