To be fair, it does look like Jovetic. It could well have been him as well.
Quick flight to Montenegro to speak with national team doctors and a flight back. Take him less than a day.

So once again, the conspiracy theorists - with their eagerness to be the ones who "told us so" about Jovetic - have had their uncontrollable imaginations thwarted.
Give the guy chance to settle down in this country - in a new league, don't forget - and get his fitness in check before you start accusing him of lacking the desire you all crave of him.
He's had a bad run of injuries, so any tweak while on the field of play could feel like a lot worse. I'd rather he went off the pitch with cramp, than stay on with cramp and potentially tear a muscle.
If this happens again, do we all agree to just let this one play out? So what if we haven't heard anything from City on Jovetic's injury? They don't need to tell us. They might not even know themselves.
I hope he scores the winner in the cup final and shuts the lot of you up. Perhaps it's a tactical thing - perhaps Pellegrini's that convinced Jovetic is going to be our secret weapon, he's keeping everything about injuries and fitness totally silent.
Ferguson used to do it with Rooney; why can't we put our own spin on it?

I don;t know if Jovetic was there but Garcia definitely was.
