I have heard Pellegrini is a master in getting the best from all his players, so someone who's wanted by other major clubs ending up with ourselves excites me quite a bit.

I have never ever heard of Bruma or Bernard before this summer's transfer window, I know feck all about Lamela also.

I do like Reus but I assume that area has been investigated in some capacity and it ain't gonna happen for which ever reason.

The attack has been weakened without doubt. Once Jovetic and Negredo are on board that will be the summer business concluded I reckon. I think we have moved more sideways than backwards or forwards. Was just about to make that point myself. The more accurate comparison would be to compare him against Balotelli, who we invariably played as a left sided forward when he made it onto the pitch - which is exactly where we would play Jovetic if we were to sign him.

I would argue that Balotelli is the better player like for like, but I think it was clear for all to see that he wasn't producing anything near what he is capable of at City for a number of reasons - some external, some entirely of his own doing. We had to get rid, and were right to do so in January to avoid a classic Milan drawn out Transfer saga all summer long, limiting our chances to replace him, whist destabilising the Club's preparation for the season ahead. Jovetic would be a more effective player for City, which is the important thing for us as a Club.

The more accurate comparator for Tevez would probably be Negredo, but that's a separate argument!!

Class can't overcome age. Tevez game was based on his pace and energy both of which aren't as good as when he was same age as Jovetic. If he is so good why did we let him go for £12mill??

Try a dose of reality, Do you really think City , considering the way the press love to demonise us, are going to even think about Suarez. This is real life not Football manager 2013 on XBOX or whatever game station.
