Regardless of all that it just illustrates how uncompetitive Serie A is - a couple of big teams hoovering up what money there is and the rest also rans hanging on to their coat tails. A formula repeated all over Europe - not saying the PL is perfect - far from it - but outside the top 5 or 6 its very competitive and those outside the elite can still cause upsets

What's that about? Is he on loan there or it's just some clause?
