It really is a lose-lose situation here. Gerrard is picking the wrong club and Rangers Mk 2 are picking a guy wholly unsuited to the task.
I hope he takes it.

Can't see it happening. But we can hope, would make the Scottish league more interesting to outsiders but not for the reasons they may want.

Rangers Mk2 are run no better - possibly even worse - than their predecessors. The guys at the top make Peter Swales look financially sound and sensible, they talk a good fight but lack the money to back it up, Dave King has been avoiding making £11m payments due on a share offering but the courts have now taken action to enforce the offer.

Well, Old Rangers board led them all the way to liquidation so I’m not sure this mob, as bad as they are, could manage that.
