I wasn't, but I would be very interested if you or anyone else could explain how being caught throwing punches on CCTV after your mates have waded in, admitting to it, being seen seething on CCTV beforehand and all your mates accepting the charge could be not be considered affray.

Given the widespread reporting of the case, I doubt there is much in the way of secret, unreported evidence involved.

Therefore, the question has to be, if that does not constitute affray, what does?

And why, out of the seven people involved, were Gerrards violent actions, which he admits to, any different than the others?
