Still angry

Glad I went before the team and manager came out for a parade .
I wonder how full the stadium will be next season .

You are totally forgetting FFP, restricted squads,50m fines from UEFA. Of course it was the perfect time for us to dominate but the governing bodies made damn sure that we didn't. Under the circumstances of the vested interests we are up against its remarkable what these players have achieved.

For our fans to dismiss that does them all a huge disservice and a total lack of loyalty or gratitude.
We've spent £238m in the last three years.

My anger stems directly from the Southampton game. Having backed MP to the hilt that game proved all the naysayers right and me wrong. His set up and substitutions confirmed that he was all about his personal glory and not about the future of the club. He should have been dumped post Real for good measure. I hope we get 4th but even that will not quench my anger.

The fact that I celebrated West Ham's winner more than I have any City goal this season, for me proves how bad it's been. Hopefully the players won't f*ck up this 2nd chance we've been given...

If I'm honest I feel pretty depressed that I absolutely cannot wait for a man to leave our club who has won 3 trophies, who has been very professional and who has acted with great dignity and character during his tenure.

But then I cannot shake that feeling of gross underachievement. Weren't we promised free flowing football?

This is the crux of it for me. I can take winning or losing any day of the week, once we win or lose in the correct manner.

What we have in Pellegrini however is ultimately nothing more than a foreign version of Pearce or Steve McClaren. They are nice guys too.

Whilst the world has jumped on the Leicester bandwagon and everyone seems to be giving them hearty congratulations and slapping them on the back I just feel angry. Really, really angry. That is my only emotion. Fair play to them and all that but how the fuck are they Champions?
At this moment in time, and I admit this may change dramatically by tomorrow night, I really could kick our lazy, arrogant team all around their plush dressing room. I don't think anybody would deny we have the most talented team so how are we labouring to scrape 4th place and miles behind bloody Leicester?
The answer is because they don't fucking care. They don't want to work. Don't want to run and chase. They don't want it badly enough. They are a team of pampered superstars led by a weak, ineffectual manager. Souness was spot on. They pick and choose when they can be arsed. Sevilla, Kiev, Paris. Yeah we'll make an effort. Sadly those performances are greatly outweighed by lazy, shit displays.
So sorry Leicester I don't feel your joy at all. I'm pissed off and I can only hope those in charge at our club feel the same way.

I think that sums up my feelings to a T, sickened that we have let this happen.
