Is it City's fault, or is it the fault of a 3rd party? I don't think our ticket office has been putting together the packs and posting them, have they? Everyone is going to turn up and rip into the kids at the ticket office when they've probably done nothing wrong.

We got ours on Friday morning,with a Manchester postmark,along with an apology letter saying that they had run out of the packs,which would be sent out prior to the Wigan game.
