I can honestly say in all my years following CITY i have never had a problem with ticket office....got season ticket week before last...always get tickets on time and confirmation email/text - the phone service very good and had no probelm getting tickets on phone for semi final and final for me and mates (who all got tickets on time and to correct address) and I have changed address as well... but still no problems....my points updated correctly online almost 7000 now :) .... everything has been hunky dory....

I couldn't help but grin and chuckle at this. Sorry mate, but just take a step back and realise that no matter how good the players are and how much we win trophy wise the ticket office will always be shocking. They make more cock ups than David James in net!
