Dozy tossers have sent me TWO paper tickets in separate envelopes for the same seat with different barcode numbers seeing as my card didn't arrive before I rang up. Fuck knows which one - if either - will work!

I couldn't help but grin and chuckle at this. Sorry mate, but just take a step back and realise that no matter how good the players are and how much we win trophy wise the ticket office will always be shocking. They make more cock ups than David James in net!

Don't worry, I had a laugh as well, I've had too many years dealing with the TO to be shocked at anything they come up with!

absolute bloody shamble's I have been to the ticket office three times in the last week each time they promissed the card would be with me the following day .Went again this morning (more time off work) "what time does your post normally arrive" F**K knows I am normally at work saving up for next seasons card !but I guess if you posted it when I paid for it eight F**kin weeks ago it might have arrived by now.
City till I die although I do sometimes wonder why

That's the really annoying thing when they tell you it will be there tomorrow. Because you know that they dont know that, they havent checked that, they're just saying that to get you off the line.

A mate of mine rang several times when her cup semi final ticket didnt turn up. Got the "it will there in the morning" line every time until 2 days before the match when it suddenly changed to "we sent it last week". It turned out that the postie had turned up when she was out to work and didnt leave the "called while you were out" card. Her ticket had been sat at the Royal Mail sorting office ever since. She ended up taking the friday morning off work, picked it up an hour before the sorting office closed. Obviously it wasnt the ticket office's fault that the postie didnt leave a card, but if they hadnt just repeated the "it will be there in the morning" line she'd have been saved a lot of hassle and expense.

To be honest I couldn't give 2 figs as to whose fault it is, City or an agent. At the end of the day City run the show and it's p*ss poor.
Mine (Platinum) only arrived Friday but my lads (Gold) hadn't. On Sunday morning a mate rang me, he had just got back off his holidays to find my lads season ticket had been posted there !!! Oh and they have changed him to Mrs !!!
When I booked my lads by phone I made sure the ticket office had the details and me and my lad are registred on line as well with our home address so how they cocked up I don't know.

However, if we win 4-0 tonight I will let City off, anything less and I will be all guns blazing :-)
