Still not mathematically safe

44 points with 4 games left to play. Two of the bottom three have a game in hand on us and it's not beyond the realms of possibilty that we could still slip into serious trouble.

The Premieship is strange this season with very few points seperating all the teams below 7th place.

Despite today's result, I have a bad feeling about this season and I still think we are not completely out of the relegation battle.

The only good thing about us going down would be that we get a new manager.

:-I
We can also finish 5th.:)

It's that kind of (balti) pie in the sky thinking that has seen us knocked out of TWO cup competitions (nearly three if you count midgyland) by lower league oppostion!

Well, assuming that we lose our last 4 games! Both the Smoggies and the Loony Toons would have to win all their remaining 5 games to catch us. The Baggies can't catch us.

Even the most pessimistic City would'nt think that , a lot of things are mathamaticaly possible, like me winning the lottery, 4 aces being dealt 1 after the other, a coin landing on heads 50 times in a row, rags accounts coming back into the black, but alas they just dont happen. Now go see the doctor, ask for some new anti-depressants and call back to the bluemoon forum when your feeling better.

Oh good grief!

It's that kind of (barm) pot negativity that's seen us drop to the 3rd tier of English football at one stage!

Best odds you can get on us going down is 639/1... Other that are even quoting are 984 and 999. Don't think it goes into four figures... Go on put your money where your mouth is. The bookies are never THAT wrong!
