Whilst there are a few County fans who deserve being taken down a peg or two, it would be a great pity if this latest relegation led to the extinction of the club.

Can't take any joy from their fall.I used to go to Edgeley park as a nipper as I was brought up within a mile of the place.There seemed to be a bond between City and County back in the 70s.
Now they have a sizeable section of bellends following them.
I hope they get back to the football league though,for the sake of their decent loyal support.

I was there yesterday to see County, very sadly, drop into the 6th tier. The idiots that invaded the pitch were in the minority and many of the Countys fans in the adjacent stand behind the goals, gave it to them big time. Awful to see fans turns again fans, but I don't condone violence and these mindless idiots deserved the response they got from their fellow supporters, which was duly applauded by the Kidderminster supporters in their family stand. I feel sorry for the hundreds of genuine fans there that just went for the football. Amazing support by the way, over 1800 away fans making the trip knowing full well that County were odds on for the drop.

True, because of the late 90's/early 00's rivalry between the two clubs, a lot of County fans hate City more than United, but this doesn't mean they are all closet reds, far from it, even one of their many songs says 'United's shit City worse'. Also, from my experience at EP there are a good number that are fine with City, it just annoys them to see so many in their home town.

Why mate ? They should know that not everyone who lives in Stockport are actually from Stockport, and you're always going to get plenty of City and united fans there being a stones throw from Manchester, or families with a history of being from there, I'm a born and bred Mancunian, now living in Stockport, I really don't see why there is the issue tbh.
