Look, let's take the positives, 4 -1 at Stoke, good performance, early season, new manager, new style, not all desired players available, all the Joe thing, not a bad day.
All this penalties this, not allowed that is really irrelevant, during a game away in prem things will ebb and flow. The only annoying thing was I backed City to win 3 -1 which it was till the last seconds grrrrrrrr
 
I rate its bout time pulling n dragging gets pulled up as its gotten stupid in the last decade, although the biggest culprits in skrtel and vi##c are long gone. It has to get taken out of our game as weve seen many times at european and international level that it always winds up with a pen or sending off.
Sterling was silencing the boo boys again which is good to see and f#ck knows why they were booing stonesy?
Kelechi is gotta be in line for a start on wednesday, him and Nolito look like they already have a common understanding of each others gameplan.

I thought we were absolutely fantastic in the first half, and looked a bit knackered in the second half (no surprise considering the effort we'd put in and conceding a pen so early in the second) but finished brilliantly.

I am hoping to see a bit of new blood, bearing in mind the score, you would think this possible.
 
Great result, never easy after a midweek game in Europe, so a big test passed.

Hope Dean gets to referee every Stoke game this season, just for the booooooooooooos!

Also can we re sign Andy Morrison please. And bring him on to do that **** Bardsley at our place.
 
Thought we played some great football at times today, still a few things to work at but that will come. Nolito gives us great balance and will chip in with vital goals. Stones has brought calm back to the defence, deserved his motm today. The future looks good blues.

So what about this booing malarkey? Stoke fans boo opponents to create an intimidating atmosphere at the Brit. Or it might be because they are a set of inbred, moronic, retarded fuck-muppets. You decide.
They boo teams that can play proper football and many seem to prefer the shite served up by Pulis. They boo Ramsey because he had the temerity to get injured on their pitch. They boo Sterling because they are dicks who believe the red tops and Talkshite.
Rags boos sterling because he plays for us; Dippers boo Sterling because he wanted winners medals not runners up medals and because he refused to be drawn into Liverpool myth. And fans of other clubs boo Sterling because so many of the fuckers supported the rags and Liverpool when their own clubs were going through lean times. Check the number of Leicester fans who spent years supporting someone else before last season.
Back row at the Brit today and it took bloody ages to get out. Good job I learned some new words to that old Dave Clarke 5 song.
It then took 40 fucking minutes to get out the car park. And the M6 was knackered between 18 & 19 so had to take a detour on the A34.
As for that 90 minutes in the middle: We are still a work in progress yet still enjoyed a nice win. They were in it for about 20 minutes after they scored but we were the better side by far. Every year I wonder if I'll see "the missing 8 or 9", I think we're in with a chance this season.
 
Tell you what, it was bloody tough at times today but I still never really doubted us. There's a fire in the belly that's been missing for a few years. The way we shut Stoke down before picking them off was ruthless and reminded me of the 2011/12 season - but with infinitely more tricks up our sleeve than the "yaya up top" trick
