Watched the Chelsea v Everton..game on BT Sports looked for all the world to be heading for a draw..them a wonder strike from Willian from 25 yards..89th minute..so City finally nail the hoodoo..but Chelsea nick the win..drama..twists and turns..bout time City won, we've been bloody rubbish for weeks..title race back on.. gap still 7 pts..!

City? or 'we'?
a wonder strike?
didn`t it get a deflection and go through someones legs?
it`s like saying we just won 20-0...

Serg injury didn't look to be too bad, he wasn't visibly upset or anything.

No he looked ok. He has 10 days to relax anyways.

The good thing is, Kun's touch seems to be back!! Welcome back Kun. Can't be too happy about that pen denied but overall great performance and probably should have had a hattrick.

Absolutely buzzing here, even though the chelshite were awarded an easy goal. If we play like this every game we have a good chance. PLUS Bony and Yaya are back next game.

We got this.

Maybe the first half performance lulled Stoke into thinking we really were that shit and it played right into our hands.

Superb second half performance and at last Aguero is back on the scoresheet and silva looked back to his best.

We still have considerable issues at the back. Had Stoke scored four in the first half we couldn't have complained. hart was sloppy and Zabaleta is a big concern this season. Players are getting past him like he isn't there. I think it's time to give Sagna a run.

Having seen the handball from behind him, it was very clear and the correct decision. A ref is never going to think that it might have been accidental in those situations. It was bizarre from kun but luckily didn't cost us.

Aguero, Milner and Silva were excellent.
I think this was the game we really wanted to win, having never won at Stoke in the Prem - that's why we not only played shit in the first half, but also played shit against Hull, and Arsenal, and Everton, and Sunderland, and Burnley. We almost blew it with a decent performance at Chelsea, but we'd still done enough to lull Stoke into a false sense of security, then BAM!

Shame the strategy probably cost us the title, but we've won that twice in the Prem era, so a win at Stoke is the real prize. (well done our defence in particular for pulling this off - it can't have been easy for world class players to pretend to be so shit for so long)

Delighted with the win. My we are a confidence.

Does Kolarov understand it is part of his job to stop crosses coming in?
I don't understand wtf was he doing all game?

I feel like I've been kicked in the bollocks despite a great win.

Totally deflated.

Absolutely same. I really, really thought it might be a night when things turn around. Such a great away win at Stoke paired with Chelsea losing points at home and Yaya and Bony coming, would do wonders for us.
