Stoke will be hoping to get a few set pieces in. They'll commit to positions in our half which is why I feel Navas and Dzeko should start with Pab Zab supplying the ball.

Zabaletta's crossing and quality of delivery is pretty dire usually. 100% effort, 2% quality. Although the ball to Negredo against Hull was indeed a peach albeit a rare peach.

Lets hope Stephen Ireland doesn't come back to haunt us on Saturday, would take a scrappy 1-0 win, they will be in our faces from the off, fouling all over the pitch usually.

Last four league games in this away fixture have been 1-1, but you feel it's two different teams with two different managers now so the previous results may not be relevant. Hughes' Stoke seem to be becoming more of a football team than Pulis' Stoke which may or may not benefit us, depending on whether they put in a Cardiff-esque performance or not!

To be honest even the twat with the cap had them playing better football recently, rather than the kick and rush (and foul) garbage previously. Do you remember the 5-0 thrashing they gave Bolton in the FA Cup semi? They were pretty decent tbf.

I am 100% certain that clueless will make them a worse side. I just wish he could work his magic before Saturday.

Yet the early signs say different.

It's a fluke. Pulis had them 12th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 13th in the last 5 seasons.

They'll be bottom 6 under Hughes unless he gets sacked before then. You can guarantee it.

Hart
Zabaleta
Lescott
Nastatic
Kolarov
Milner
Rodwell
Fernandinho
Yaya
Jovetic
Negredo

Would like to see jovetic start this one and see what he's about. Tough game to make your debut. Still got a draw written all over it!

Be wary of Arnautovic. One of Stoke's new signings. Quick and skilful

No Micah Richards according to City Today.

Silva was jogging with the squad, so perhaps he is available after all?
