A balanced mix of carbon gas and hybrid is the only way in which Carbon emission reduction can be achieved in this country the legislation is in place as is the political and scientific will , the quickest route is to insulate and turn gas carbon into electricity . Investing in low carbon technology is the way forward . Lets not forget how much carbon is used in production of building production and the reason why we are at present recycling with less cement being used and particle board WW.CO2.org explains it in minute detail down to you`re weekly shop , and explains why for example house building has slowed down and car manufacturing and steel production are always up and down . The targets have to be met in 2050 , the govt. has set out targets to meet that criteria sadly we are run by a load of bumbling idiots with outside interests and party donors to answer to who cannot agree on anything . The fracking in this country is to be done in volatile ground with gases that can and do cause explosions under ground , the chemical breakdown of the resin and by products are being kept a secret for good reason . An open educated debate on the process is first what is needed , cleaning the gas from coal is a dirty business .
