as much as you are willing to pay for I assume - either pumped into your car or piped into your home. There will be a tiny financial incentive paid to communities I understand - probably equivalent of less than a fiver a month or enough to keep the volunteers running your local library in tea bags for a week but hey some multi national companies that lobby and fund political parties can't all be wrong can they?
