I tend to agree. Mine hasn't even arrived this year but I remember getting excited by the various tins but did nothing with them and don't even know where they are now. We all need less clutter and there is absolutely no reason to keep issuing new cards - one week I turned up with the wrong years season ticket - fortunately they let me in - but its an incredible waste and a huge task to issue probably 30,000 people with a card they simply don't require.

A leeds fan sent me a photo of his new season card and they have a similar set up.

Which begs the question, if others are doing it and we didn't, would folk complain?

And I'd bet alot more would complain.

Basically City can't win!!

We need to go back to this. The thrill of taking a chance on not taking the book and ripping out the wrong one.
 
Just got mine. Love it. If you don't appreciate what you get pass it on to someone who hasn't got a season card and will appreciate it.

I like people moaning, moaning is funny to watch evolve, you end up in a place where everyone is moaning about everyone moaning about every moaning. Fun.

How green would you like us to be, 50k+ people driving or using public transport burning up fuel, going to ground buying all kinds of stuff wrapped in plastic, eating and drinking shit that creates more shit to harm environment, buying programmes that are made from chopping down trees, buying merchandise thats made by people in impoverished conditions. I'm with you scrap all this following a footbal team and its merchandise and stay at home in my house heated by solar panels growing my own food and watch on my wind up television ;-).
 
I like the book and the laptop case is ideal - what it be interested to know is how long before the technology allows for the season ticket to be digital I.e on the iWallet or similar?

I thought you were thinking along these lines but my first thought was sharing a screenshot of the QR code. Think it’s possibly the future though.
