Stopped Smoking

Currently using a patch and the occasional lozenge. The lozenges seem pretty good, apart from the initial sharp taste they do pretty much ease the craving, but the patches itch like fuck when I first put it on which just reminds me what its there for and after about an hour you don't even know its there but as such I don't know if they're actually doing any good. Just hope I don't fail and end up even more addicted to nicotine.

Oh well soldier on, I guess!!!

I quit for months last year then fell off the wagon around Christmas time :-(

Now using one of those electronic cigarettes & haven't had a real one since Feb. Getting my nicotine fix without all the harmful shit from smoke.

I fell off the wagon after ten years of non smoking. I'm going to stop again very soon.

I gave up smoking on NYE...

As sad as it may seem the Iphone Quit 'n' tell app keeps me going!!

4 Months and 4 days
Saved £747
2,490 Cigs i would've smoked

Thats going off 20 cigs a day in which i've smoked that much for the past 10 years.

I quit using the smoking inhalor...tickly throat at first then after that i used to eat everything in the cupboards.

Since then i've joined the gym etc...I'll never go back to them ever again.
