Nope, start at 3%. Nic.If using a smaller device (not one the size of a mobile phone) then start at 18% which is slightly less than 20 a day and gradually work down ;)
A side note....if you care about the environment, then don't touch the new disposable vape!
Not aimed at you meesh....just generally.
The fact you don't factor device into it, and just say 3%.....shows you may have an opinion, but it's complete bobbins lolNope, start at 3%. Nic.
You can always move up a little from there if you feel the need. Starting at a higher level makes no sense.
That’s what I did I just stopped back in 2001, it was hard the first 4 - 6 months with being paranoid, having the shakes, bad dreams etc but it fades away in time and it becomes easier, when you have a pint and you don’t want one you’ve cracked it.If my Grandad can stop cold turkey, anyone can!
He smoked for 62 years. Started when he was 13, and he retired when he was 75 and on the very next day he said he was stopping smoking (he said it wouldn’t be any good for him if he was just going to be sat around at home haha… yeah, but what about the other 6 decades Grandad?) and just stopped.
He didn’t have anything to help him stop, he just stopped. And he’s never had one since in the ten years after stopping.
Well done. I did the same after 30 years of smoking. Not had one for 5 years.Quick update......
So,smoking up to 40 per day for the best part of 35 years.
Took the advice off a few on here and got the Allen Car book.
Finished the book 3 week ago and not touched 1 cig since........buzzing.
Well, well worth reading if your trying to stop.
Well done - just keep it up! Remember smoking is just a bad habit with very few positives but very many negatives.! Use whatever you need to break that habit.Quick update......

You said smaller device, although I'm not sure what the size of device has to do with it. Did you actually mean power? The fact you don't factor device into it, and just say 3%.....shows you may have an opinion, but it's complete bobbins lol
