Sat next to Tong Po (Kick Boxer) on a coach for about 8 hours talking films etc.. as he was going to scout locations in Turkey for a movie shoot.

Did a few stints on fanzone before they scrapped it

Was a member of a metal band Rhino Bucket for an evening.

Wifes brother produced Simply red and was involved with the whole Cleopatra

Had a few of the girls from "take me out" back at a villa in Tenerife when they weren't filming their shit dates on the isle of fernando's. it wasn't my villa by the way, and I only watched..

Was in a lift with Paul malignaggi in the MGM after he was beaten by Hatton, was a bit pissed and was 'escorted' out by his big fucking minder before I reached the floor I was heading..

Had David Moyes reprimand me for allowing a couple of his team to play cards in my bar until 6am on one of their yearly trips to tenerife.

Paul scholes was a good mate until I fucked off abroad and he became a multimillionaire - also still mates with a few lower league players and a couple of pro boxers.

Probably a few more, but on the face of it I think it's fair to say that I'm not really in with the rich and famous..

Do you still live in Tenerife mate? Ever watch City at the Blue Terrace in LC?

Also my grandad was a youth player at city and was booting balls at a certain bert trautman to see whether he had any ability.

I wondered what old microphone head was doing since the saved by the bell days...

You know your life's shit when you've gone from being in saved by the bell, to then having to DJ in liverpool of all places..

No, moved back in 2005 after 10 years out there mate. I still get over there 7-8 times a year and have a few pals still there. Plenty of blues as well, been in the Blue Terrace a couple of times. You might know a lad called Simon Smith, does the timeshare in LC and drinks in there on match days. A couple of the bookies out there are blues as well - we're pretty well represented on Fernando's. :-)
