Strategy for second half of the season

Still a potential 36 games left if we make the final in all cup comps. Wow. That is almost a full prem season. Let that sink in. Our small squad needs Heavy rotation to cover all the bases and some serious cover in January.

Keep playing a strong side and building a lead in the league get the league cup in the bag and hopefully then start to play the stronger team against Fa cup and champions league team when the opposition gets more better .
Begin to rest and rotate in the league for the last few months and take the gamble there .
I think we need at least two throphies this year three would be ideal and deserved four a big ask .

I make it 35. Obligatory FA cup replay?

Don't see Pep changing the way we approach games regardless of who we're playing. What will be interesting is how opposing team approach their games against us over the second half of the season. I'd be amazed, and honestly a bit disappointed, if the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs didn't at least try and go toe to toe with us and show some backbone when we play them. They've all got good players, three of them are at home and, particularly Liverpool who have the first shot at it, should want to end our run, providing of course we come through the next two matches with victories. These next two are really important games, two wins and a minimum 15 point advantage with 17 games to play should be insurmountable.
