Can you work out which country this is coming from, the commentary was English. Is the streamer putting their own commentary on it?

I didn't pick up your link till half time when they were repeating the goal. At the moment on that link I have Canal + commentary with pictures from Al Jazeera channel.

Arh, they've switched back now. I recognise the commentators voice but I can't remember where. My guess is Al Jazeera have paid him to commentate based on what he sees on a TV in a studio.
