Burn the **** in a big silly foam gimp suit
I like that idea. And have people dressed in penguin costumes trying to get water into buckets to put him out while on a slippy, revolving platform..

Barrymore's agent has been seen buying a penguin suit

Over how long do these crimes span, to go guilty on all 14 charges must mean they have some pretty hard fucking evidence.

Or they have cut a deal? I see the CPS have dropped the rape charge as its "Not In The Public Interest".

Probably get 12 years and serve 6 with most of it served in an open prison or with an electronic tag.
The judge did say that at least 12 of the 14 charges he pleaded guilty to wouldn't warrant a custodial sentence. 18 months at worst I reckon, possibly suspended.

I didn't know that, like you say probably get a suspended sentence. There has to be a reason he pleaded guilty, (and not that he just did it). You have over a 50-50 chance of getting off at crown court even if you've done it, so imo there has to be a deal in place or it makes no sense.

I have just seen a photo of Hall with his solicitor Maurice Watkins - where have I heard that name before? Was it concerning a rather high profile football manager, or am I mixing him up with someone else??

This is bad. Very, very bad.
No it was bad, very bad for the poor girls at the time.

It is actually very good that he will now pay.
A man who was once one of my favourite football broadcasters has been exposed for the horrible beast he actually is. I've been listening to a convincing facade and nothing more every time I've laughed along to his flamboyancy and use of flowery language, and that makes me sad. It also makes me feel as if my trust has been broken.

This is bad. Very, very bad.
