"Stupendous!"

Re: Poll - Stupendous, Quinn or Tyler?

It's clearly Quinn, I'm bemused as to why there's confustion on the matter. The fact that it sounds like Quinn and nothing like Tyler is, in my opinion the biggest clue.

a fact completely ignored by the tyler camp. the intonation, accent and huskiness is 100% quinn as is his commentary that follows his opening outburst of 'stupendous!'.

Re: Poll - Stupendous, Quinn or Tyler?

The most logical way to sort this out is too actually read what was said...

" 2 goals in added time from manchester city to snatch the title away from manchester utd "

If Martin Tyler was to say stupendous after that line he would be accused of favouring City, something he would never do..
It would sound like he was a fan..

However because Niall has past connections with City, it would be natural for him to say a word like this at the start of his sentance..

To sum up they do sound alike but it is Niall Quinn who says stupendous, and i am pleased that it is him..
