Its going to be hard getting big money for the serial biter .Prestwich_Blue said:Worst case scenario for Liverpool is that they're stuck with him, unable to play for what is effectively the first half of the season (if he's not allowed train during his ban) and without the money that his sale would bring in. If they fall out the top four and bomb in the CL then they're in a mess. Probably better to get rid now and get replacements quickly.

Liverpool fans are like most others
Have you not already seen it? It started with denial, then a gradual distancing from him (helped by the biting incident), followed by acceptance, claiming that it'll actually be good for the club, and by the time it actually happens, they'll be proclaiming their management geniuses for managing to get £Xm for a problem player (who was obviously never a problem until they decided to sell him) and declaring whatever overpriced players they buy with the money to have actually improved the team overall. I'd piss myself if he dived in the Champions League to knock Liverpool out though.Damocles said:dazdon said:I'm just waiting for the scousers reactions when it fully dawns on them that Suarez is not going to be their player any more :-)

What, never shouldering responsibility and blaming everything on other people/clubs/incidents, etc?
I don't think so.
Whilst I accept the thrust of what you're saying there are palpable differences between sets of supporters. Are you seriously saying that MK Dons and Millwall supporters are 'cut from the same cloth'?FanchesterCity said:I'm all for having a bit of a laugh at their expense, and I'm more than happy to criticise some of the crap they've been involved in, but I'm not daft enough to actually believe any set of fans is a particular 'breed'.
