help me out here, i have a liverpool fan trying to defend suarez. i dont live in some other world here do i where this is acceptable behaviour from a human or in sport?

If someone walked up to me in the street and bit me, I would think that person would have mental issues, so no this is not normal.

Let me tell you about a story involving a journalist and I guy who I know. All drunk in a bar and My mate was bitten and the said journo got 14 months.

If he'd bit me, I'd've knocked his teeth out, Chelini was unlucky with the elbow, the way Suarez was play acting for the cameras was just low, but then again ,maybe he's making his position at Liverpool untenable, so that he has to be sold?

We were also told that , even in prison , biting is seen as the lowest , most despicable action.

I suppose in an ideal world, I'd prefer neither but if I had to chose between a nip on the neck and a jug of sugar and boiling water over my kite, I'd probably take the love bite.

I think it is considered the lowest as it is the most animalistic act a person can undertake. At that point you've discarded your humanity. Nearly any other way to assault someone is still more "human."
